1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Animal SoulSaver website (asoulsaver.org) and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. The Association is registered under Moroccan law (Dahir No. 1.58.376 of November 15, 1958, as amended).
2. Services Description
Animal SoulSaver provides: animal adoption facilitation services; missing animal reporting and search coordination; AI-powered veterinary information assistant; membership management; donation processing; community features for animal welfare. Our services are provided 'as is' and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Membership
Membership is open to all individuals who meet the conditions set by the Association. Annual membership fees are 600 MAD for students (with valid student attestation) and 1,200 MAD for others, payable monthly. Membership fees are non-refundable upon resignation or expulsion. Members must comply with the Association's bylaws and decisions of its governing bodies.
5. Donations
Donations made through our platform are voluntary and non-refundable. We accept donations via PayPal and bank transfer. All donations are used exclusively for animal welfare activities including rescue operations, veterinary care, shelter, and food. We provide transparency on how donations are used.
6. Animal Adoption
Adoption applications are subject to review and approval by the Association. By submitting an adoption application, you agree to provide a safe, loving environment for the animal. The Association reserves the right to conduct follow-up visits. Adopted animals must receive proper veterinary care including vaccinations and spaying/neutering.
7. User Conduct
Users must not: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; post false or misleading information; harass or abuse other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use the AI assistant for non-animal-related queries; exploit the Association for political, trade union, or personal purposes. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Animal SoulSaver or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
Animal SoulSaver provides veterinary information through its AI assistant for educational purposes only. This information does not constitute professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your animal's health concerns. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on information provided.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Salé, Morocco.
